1. Data We Handle

Tracksy! is designed to store your subscription information locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

The app may store the following information on-device:

• Subscription names
• Subscription prices
• Billing cycles
• Renewal dates
• Categories and status labels
• App preferences such as currency, theme, background, and notification timing
• Local notification schedules
• Widget summary data used by Tracksy! widgets

If you create an account, Tracksy! may use Supabase for authentication. Supabase may process information needed for account access, such as your email address, display name, user ID, and sign-in metadata.

We do not sell personal information.

2. Local Storage

Subscription entries are stored on your device. If you use Tracksy! widgets, limited summary data may also be stored in the app group shared between Tracksy! and the Tracksy! widget so the widget can display your monthly spend, upcoming renewals, and related information.

Guest mode keeps your subscription stack on your device. Signing in is optional and is used for account access.

3. In-App Purchases

Tracksy! offers Pro features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat.

RevenueCat may process purchase receipts and subscription status so Tracksy! can validate your entitlement and unlock Pro features.

Tracksy! does not directly handle or store your payment card information.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Tracksy! schedules local notifications to remind you about upcoming renewals, overdue renewals, or app engagement reminders.

These notification schedules are processed on your device and are not transmitted externally by Tracksy! as subscription records.

You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Widgets

Tracksy! widgets use locally stored summary data to show subscription-related information such as monthly spend and upcoming renewals.

Widget data is stored in the app group shared by Tracksy! and its widget extension. This data is used only to display widget content.

6. Ads, Rewards, and Service Providers

Tracksy! may include optional ad-supported reward features using Google Mobile Ads. If those features are used, Google may process data according to its own policies.

Tracksy! may also rely on service providers for specific features:

• Supabase for account authentication
• RevenueCat for purchase validation and subscription entitlements
• Apple for App Store transactions, In-App Purchases, notifications, and crash reports
• Google Mobile Ads for optional ad-supported rewards

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies when their features are used.

7. Diagnostics and Crash Reports

Tracksy! may receive crash or diagnostic information through Apple if you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings.

This information helps identify and fix technical issues. Tracksy! does not use crash reports to sell personal information.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Subscription data stored locally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, uninstall the app, or erase your device data.

9. Children’s Privacy

Tracksy! is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of Tracksy! after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
